R-MOBILE is a full-service provider of devices and service for the ACP program. Our goal is to make the process of applying for and receiving a device and service through the ACP program as simple as possible.

We provide a brand-new tablet and 5 years of internet service. We charge $20 per ACP program guidelines, which is payable upon receipt of the tablet.

Within 48 hours, you will be contacted by an R-MOBILE representative to inform you if you have been approved for a tablet with service or if there is an issue with your application.

There are several reasons why your application might be on hold:

  • Income verification
  • Documents verifying your participation in one of the qualifying assistance programs
  • To verify personal information that may have been filled in incorrectly
  • Supplemental information request

The ACP program is limited to only one device per household, which is defined as any individual or group of individuals who live in the same address and share income and expenses.

Once you have been approved, an R-MOBILE rep will reach out to collect
payment and to arrange the delivery of your new tablet with service.
